Why did you get into Fitness (and crossfit)?
Fitness has always been a way to help manage my mental state. It allows me to focus when I feel scattered and it can pick me up when I need it. Crossfit is a fantastic challenge journey that continues to be inspiring and humbling everyday.
Why did you become a Trainer?
fter graduating with a degree in Exercise Biology from UC Davis I knew that improving people’s health was my career path. Training is a rewarding way of helping people improve their health and reach greater athletic goals.
