Our one hour group classes are perfect for any skill level. The CrossFit program focuses on broad, general, and inclusive fitness. It utilizes constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements to achieve optimal results. The program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect workout for any committed individual regardless of experience and can accommodate for injuries and rehabilitation.

HYROX

Our gym is the best place to train for HYROX because we provide the ideal combination of functional fitness, endurance training, and competition-style workouts that closely mimic the demands of HYROX races. HYROX requires both cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina, just like what e do here at CrossFit CrossFit Counter Culture. We offer HYROX specific classes to focus on everything you need for race day

Open Gym

We offer Open gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a member you have access to our state of the art CrossFit facility with the freedom to train how and when you want. Open gym time also includes amenities to include showers with full towel service and a child care room.

Masters 55+

Our Master’s program is specifically designed around the needs of our older athletes. Our daily focuses include mobility, flexibility, joint strength, mechanics, nutrition, overall strength and endurance. Unlike our normal large group classes, our masters class is smaller to provide assistance and modifications to any movement or workout to help provide a safe and comfortable space for our older members. Kids & ISPE Program

A strong kid is a safe kid. It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t. The best thing we can do is make them strong through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

DeepEnd Fitness

Deep End Fitness™ is centered on the practice of movement, breath work, and the strengthening of one’s mind in order to optimize human performance in and out of the water. Our program incorporates techniques and methodology developed in elite human performance training, research-backed science, and most importantly real life experience training thousands of people over the past 10 years. We utilize the operating system of F.R.E.E. (Focus, Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing) to drive in-water training and positively influence individual performance out of the pool.

There are 168 hours in a week. Most people spend less than 3% of their time in the gym. The reality is that a flat stomach is not a function of training. For most people, the key to ultimate health is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym.
