This program is designed to help you take control of your health through data-driven insights, personalized coaching, and strategic planning. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve energy, balance hormones, optimize performance, or simply feel your best—this step-by-step process gives you the clarity and tools to get there.

 

Step 1: Intake Appointment (30 min)

Meet one-on-one with your health coach—virtually or in the gym—for a deep dive into your habits, goals, and daily routine. You’ll gain clarity on where you are now and where you want to go.

Step 2: Lab Panel (Optional)

If selected, the lab panel offers a comprehensive look at key biomarkers related to cardiovascular health, metabolism, hormones, micronutrients, and stress.

Lab Panel Includes:
Testosterone (Free & Total), FSH & LH, Cortisol, Homocysteine, TSH (with reflex to Free T4), Lipoprotein(a), Lipid Panel, SHBG, DHEA-Sulfate, Estradiol, Uric Acid, CMP, Insulin, Hemoglobin A1c, Vitamin D (25-hydroxy), B12 + Folate, Ferritin, CBC w/ Differential & Platelet, APO-B, CRP.

Step 3: Review + Personalized Plan (60 min)

We’ll review your lab results with our partner doctor and provide a personalized strategy with actionable steps. This session is also educational, explaining the “why” behind your plan.

Cost: $300 (HSA/FSA eligible)

Ongoing Coaching (Optional)

Includes weekly 20-minute virtual check-ins (based on availability).

Partnered Physician

Dr. Tom McCoy is dual board-certified in Family and Obesity Medicine, trained at UCSF-affiliated Contra Costa Regional Medical Center. With experience ranging from primary to critical care—including delivering his own children—he brings a deep, hands-on perspective to patient care.

He served eight years as department chair at CCRMC before becoming Medical Director at Wild Health, where he led athletic optimization and helped scale the company from startup to public entity. Now, as co-founder of McCoy Medical, he blends lifestyle medicine with community-focused care.

A magna cum laude graduate of Cal State East Bay and Midwestern University, Dr. McCoy holds a DO and a Master’s in Bioethics. He’s an international speaker on metabolic health and is known for prioritizing patient education and personalized care.
