Why did you get into Fitness (and crossfit)?
Sport and fitness has been such a staple in my life and cornerstone of my identity that I struggle to envision my life without it. CrossFit is a favored mode of movement because it’s an amalgamation of many of my favorite ways to sweat; running, jumping, climbing ropes, lifting weights and being upside down- what a time!
Why did you become a Trainer?
I love training and teaching, I enjoy pushing people to discover their full potential, mentally and physically.
