Why did you get into Fitness (and crossfit)?
While I’ve been active in sports all my life, I could tell that my strength, endurance and fitness was diminishing even though I spent time in the machine based gym. CrossFit turned that around for me and has been life changing.
Why did you become a Trainer?
’ve witnessed so many people sink in their ability to stay functionally active as they age. I’ve experienced what the CrossFit methodology can do and I want to share that experience. Many people fear that they will be injured or that it is just too hard to do CrossFit. I want to change that thinking and help people transition into better health through the sport of fitness.
