Why did you get into Fitness (and CrossFit)?
After being a welder for 12 years, my body was falling apart. I wanted to find something to restore, and even improve my body and health.
Why did you become a Trainer?
I see CrossFit as more than just physical fitness. I see its potential to better people physically and mentally through community. I want to help people in that life saving journey.
