Why did you get into Fitness (and crossfit)?
I grew up playing sports all my life and as an adult I needed something competitive to fill that void.
Why did you become a Trainer?
I have been a trainer for 7 years, and the anatomy of the human body and how everything works together to make the simplest things happen is awesome.
