Why did you get into Fitness (and crossfit)?
I was bored with the usual routine’s found in a global gym and could no longer motivate myself to train for the sole purpose of building bigger biceps/chest. After I watched how the cast of “300” trained with Gym Jones I knew that’s how I wanted to train.
Why did you become a Trainer?
With a degree in exercise science it was a natural transition for me to apply my knowledge to teaching the CrossFit method. I found so much joy in doing CrossFit it was easy for me to pass on my knowledge of CrossFit to others.
