Why did you get into CrossFit?
After spending a number of years sitting at a desk and not being healthy, I needed to find something to help increase my overall wellbeing as I was not healthy at all. A friend recommended CrossFit and I was immediately hooked by the fact it was okay I was not the fittest man on earth, that people were supportive of me making progress at my own pace, and how amazing the entire community was.
Why did you become a trainer?
After seeing the immediate improvements CrossFit had on my own physical and mental fitness, I wanted to carry that on to other people and hopefully have a similar positive impact in their lives.
