Getting Started

Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class

During your free class we will get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain CrossFit, demonstrate how we train, and you’ll get to experience a CrossFit workout within a regular class setting. Afterward, we will talk about what membership option works best for you to help you meet your goals.

Step #2 – Select a Membership

After you have had a chance to come in and check things out, the next step is to choose what route you would like to go and select a membership that best fits your needs.

Step #3 – Attend Elements Classes

Before you can jump into regular classes, you will need to attend 3 Elements classes (scheduled 1-on-1 with a coach) where you will learn the foundational movements in CrossFit, and how to do them both safely and efficiently. We believe that teaching you how to move correctly in the beginning is a vital piece of helping you meet your fitness goals.
