Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I was bored with the usual routine’s found in a global gym and could no longer motivate myself to train for the sole purpose of building bigger biceps/chest. After I watched how the cast of “300” trained with Gym Jones I knew that’s how I wanted to train.

Why did you become a trainer?

With a degree in exercise science it was a natural transition for me to apply my knowledge to teaching the CrossFit method. I found so much joy in doing CrossFit it was easy for me to pass on my knowledge of CrossFit to others.

WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS (AND CROSSFIT)?

I have been doing “fitness” since my bicep curls in the basement with sand weights as a kid, to playing hockey since I could walk. I was always looking for something since I stopped skating that would make me feel the same way and crossfit does just that…breathless!

WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?

I have studied the human body since my freshman yr of college and still do to this day. It fascinated me what the body is capable of. Sharing the information with people always it to be wisdom I can pass on.
